Curated Catalyst: An Introduction

We have countless quality resources for venture building, yet it seems most of them are isolated from each other and lack curation

Dozens of newsletters fill up our inbox, bookmarks on X and Instagram we never reopen, and texts from our favorite founders we fail to save. We promise ourselves that we'll go back to them, yet we never do. I too, like you, feel the same. Yet, we shouldn’t stop learning.

The sooner we realize that the day we stop learning is the day our business dies, the better. Drew Houston, Dropbox Co-founder, believes that intentional, systematized learning would greatly aid our venture building journey. True preparedness comes from an addiction to gain as much knowledge as fast as possible.

This newsletter won't be a one-stop-shop for all necessary startup readings, but rather a launching pad for you to research deeper into topics however you wish. The newsletter will be delivered twice weekly. Each curated edition will aim to cover a venture concept from leading firms, founders, and some lesser-known ones. Discussion of important topics forces us to find lessons from obscure places sometimes—God is in the details.

The mission: To dissect and rationalize venture building concepts from founders, executives, and generalists.

The newsletter is part of my journey as I learn new things—a summary note, if you will—as I too build my business. Consider it a shared journey of discovery. All notes and writings are open to feedback as the newsletter grows.

Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn.
